Terms of Service — TokenOps Cost Auditor

1. The service.

TokenOps Cost Auditor analyzes LLM API usage logs you upload and produces a cost-audit report. One paid audit covers one uploaded log set up to the published size limit.

2. Your data.

You must have the right to upload the logs you submit. We process them solely to produce your report: logs are analyzed then deleted; nothing retained beyond 7 days; never used for training. Details in the privacy policy and DPA-lite.

In plain words: we read counts, not conversations. Your prompts and completions are never stored, and the file itself is gone within a week.

3. Estimates, not guarantees.

Savings figures are conservative estimates computed from your logs and published provider rates. They are decision support, not a promise of realized savings; model suitability requires your own quality evaluation.

4. Payment.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period — you keep the plan you paid for until then. The Free plan never requires a card.

If a payment fails, the subscription is marked past due; access becomes read-only after 7 days and reverts to Free after 21 days. Your reports and archived statements stay readable on Free, and cancellation does not change the data lifecycle described in clause 2.

One-off audits are prepaid ($500 (global) / $199 (India) per audit unless agreed otherwise). Payment links are provided by Razorpay (INR) or Stripe (USD). Refund: if we cannot produce a report from your upload, we refund in full.

In plain words: nothing is charged without a card you entered, a failed payment never deletes your data, and you can leave at the end of any month.

5. Acceptable use.

No attempts to breach, overload, or reverse the service; no uploading data you lack rights to.

6. Liability.

Service provided "as is"; our aggregate liability is capped at the greater of the amounts you paid to WitAura in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes.
